About me
I am Bardhi Shema, master dental technician in Munich.
As owner and managing director of Artec Dentallabor GmbH, I combine traditional craftsmanship with modern digital technology. Here you can find out how I work, what I stand for and which stages have shaped my path.

01How I work
Good dental technology starts with listening.
My focus is aesthetic dental technology, in particular veneers, zirconia crowns and implant-supported crowns. I combine traditional craftsmanship with modern digital technology to create individual restorations with natural aesthetics and well-thought-out function.
Before I start on a piece of work, I want to understand what it is about. I listen, ask questions and coordinate clearly with the practice. Every restoration ultimately reaches a person – and that determines the care with which I make it.
Respect and attentiveness shape the way I work with practices, with patients and with my colleagues.

03What I stand for
What defines my work.
01
Precision
Fit, contact points and occlusion decide whether a piece of work functions in everyday life. That is why I take time for every detail.
02
Natural design
A good restoration does not stand out. I design shape, colour and surface so that it blends into the dentition and the face.
03
Listening and clear communication
I listen, ask questions and speak openly about possibilities and limits. This is how solutions emerge that suit the person.
04
Respectful collaboration
I treat practices, patients and my team with respect and attentiveness. Good work is created together.
